After having started his career in the aeronautics industry, Erwan worked as a consultant for 5 years, specialising in optimising the purchasing function.

In this latter role he has helped about a dozen major companies reduce the cost of purchasing hi-tech items, maintenance and logistics services. Although these results were obtained in widely differing industries (aeronautics, food processing, construction, electronics, railways, nuclear power, etc.), they all had the common problems of managing multiple sites and dealing internationally.

Erwan has also taken part in business transformation projects involving supply chain activities such as planning, procurement and shipping. Among his employers and customer references are: Algeco, Alstom Transport, Areva, Atys, ATR, EADS, Latécoère, Liebherr Aerospace, Masaï, Sony.

Mike Haziza Founding partner
Mike started his career in the luxury business working on inventory levels issues.

He then spent 4 years working as a consultant driving projects to optimise or transform the Supply Chain operations in major companies. He has handled a dozen such missions in industries as diverse as transport, nuclear energy, plastics, food processing and specialised distribution. Mike is also a visiting lecturer in a number of French universities (Ecole des Mines in Paris, Supméca, etc.) where he lectures on purchasing and logistics.

Martin Gentil - Partner
Martin started working life with six years in the field. He started as a project manager with a humanitarian foundation in Ethiopia, and followed this by running a construction project for a hotel chain in Egypt. Following his return to Europe, he was for 4 years with an industrial catering company working on change management and production issues.

Then for 5 years, Martin was the lead consultant in supply chain management in an operational consulting firm. He managed missions, normally at a European level, in sectors as varied as food processing, electronics, automobiles, construction, industrial catering, aeronautics and paper processing.

He is also the creator of a web-site for on-line shopping.
