    I had long been interested in starting my own company, but on two conditions:

    Mike HAZIZA • FOUNDING PARTNER

    CAREER PATH

    Mike began his career in the luxury goods industry, where he focused on inventory management and distribution issues.

    He then spent 4 years working in an international consulting firm specialized in optimising costs, where he carried out or steered missions in operations management, logistics and transportation.

    Mike co-founded Traker in May 2008. Since then he has taken part in more than 80 optimisation or transformation missions linked to supply chains and purchasing.

    He also teaches a number of classes at prestigious engineering schools: Mines de Paris, Arts & Métiers, Supméca, etc.

    CAREER PATH

    Erwan began his carrier in the aerospace industry, where he was in charge of quality and continuous improvement projects.

    He then spent 5 years working in a major consulting firm specialized in the optimisation of purchasing and logistic processes, where he carried out or steered international missions.

    Erwan co-founded Traker in May 2008. Since then he has taken part in more than 70 optimisation or transformation missions linked to supply chains and purchasing.

    CAREER PATH

    After an initial experience in financial auditing at one of the Big Four accounting firms, Romain moved to a large consulting firm specialised in optimising purchasing performance.

    Romain joined the Traker adventure in 2011. Since then he has taken part in more than 30 optimisation and/or transformation missions linked to supply chains and purchasing, first as a consultant and later as a project manager.
